Before MyCloudFitness app can connect to your machine, please make sure Bluetooth is turned ON and Bluetooth permission is granted for the MyCloudFitness app.
Turned ON Bluetooth
Use the following steps to turn on Bluetooth in your Android smartphone and/or tablet Settings.
A. Go to "Settings"
B. Select “Connections"
C. Tap the toggle switch to turn on Bluetooth
Grant Bluetooth Permission
Use the following steps to grant Bluetooth permission for the MyCloudFitness app on your Android smartphone and/or tablet.
A. Press on MCF app icon and wait for the pop menu to appear. Click on App Info.
B. Scroll down and click on Permissions
C. Make sure Location is enabled. If Location is not enabled, please enable it.
Location Services are required for Android 6.0 and above. In the release of Android 6.0, Bluetooth access is categorized under Location Services.
